But I have decided to throw in the hat i put together for free since it's such a cute outfit. there are a few flaws including the zipper having come loose on one side which is a quick stitch up job and I am missing the white straps which help to hike up the skirt but the red ones are included. The skirt is a tie on and so flexible in sizing.
