Lace-up Romper, Flowing Sleeves

Gorgeous black and grey floral romper with a plunging lace-up V-neck, and beautiful layered flowing sleeves. It's lightweight, breathable, and very comfortable, I just don't fit or I'd keep it! I bought it new with original tags from a consignment boutique, confident it would fit...nope! Size small, and in fantastic condition, the only flaw is the extra fastener at the top missing the little hook, but it's zipper close and works fine without using the hook.
