This goes with the top for a formal outfit. Same beautiful fabric with ribbons, beads and appliqué for a lovely ensemble. Elastic wasteband, slightly altered in the sides for a smaller fit (can't tell). $25 apiece. See the other black and silver top that goes with the skirt as well. I used on a cruise and changed the top and jewelry for formal nights.
