18 1/2- 19 inches across bust 35 1/2 inches length from shoulder to hem 55% silk and 45% cotton Found recently at the thrift store but doesn’t work for my broader shoulders. It’s in EUC, no flaws. I have already washed and air dried. Online it says a size 38 is equivalent to a size 8 or medium.
