This pale blue lacy dress by H&M is sure to make a statement this summer! Bold lace pattern, hanging hem detail, and adjustable straps. NOTE: There is a bit of discoloration on the straps and neckline, but not too noticeable. Also some light spots on the slip underneath, so can only seen when lifting the lace.
