Lacy, floral, navy blue skirt (knee-length)

Gorgeous knee-length navy blue skirt. It has 3 layers of navy blue fabric; the top is sheer lace polka dot, the middle and longest layer appears to be cotton with a scalloped, floral edge, the inside layer is a satin slip. The waistband is a comfortable, stretchy elastic. Smoke free home. Purchased in Okinawa, Japan. I ship eco-friendly when possible by reusing boxes/envelopes and packing materials.
