nevainthegarden This blouse is two pieces. The inside piece is around 17 inches across the bust and the lace outside layer is a couple inches bigger to fit over the top. The fabric is 75% nylon 25% cotton and the lining is 100% polyester

nevainthegarden I just remeasured and made sure to go from armpit to armpit and it was 19 inches for the inside layer and then the outside layer was 21 to 22 inches
