usc3mom @wcalcagni I'm sorry, I wouldnt even know how to measure that. it is a loose fitting dress with elastic waist. not tailored.

wcalcagni @usc3mom Most people seem to lay the garment on a flat surface and measure from armpit to armpit for the bust measurement. You’ll sometimes see it referenced as “pit to pit” or “PTP”. For the waist, same thing. Lay the garment flat and measure the waist seam. Not all sellers provide measurements, but I don’t like to purchase clothes without them. I’ve found that even brands that I’m familiar with are inconsistent in how they size things.
