back2work8 @closetfulofgems hi, no, it is not off the shoulders. It does sit right on the shoulders. I think depending on how broad you are will determine if it’s in the middle of the shoulder or the beginning of the shoulder. You can move it to the edges of the shoulder and wear it that way if you wanted too. I was able to wear a bra with it, by moving the bra straps to the side slightly. That wasn’t a problem. The shirt is fitted to the body.
