Ladies Beauty Fiend flared skirt size Medium; black tie-sash; zipper pre-owned

This is a ladies black flare skirt with yellow dots and black tie sash. It is pre-owned and comes from a smoke-free home. The tag at the waistline has a skull and crossbones with a pink bow on top. The back of the tag says Beauty Fiend.com. The inside tag is faded but I can read that it is size Medium. There is a hidden zipper at the side of the skirt which measures about 5 inches. The waistband measures about 16 inches with to form a border which is about 2.5 inches deep. There is a black tie sash at the right side of the skirt (see pictures). The generously flared skirt measures 41 inches across the front for a total circumference of 82 inches. Skirt ships in a padded envelope. Total length of skirt measures about 17 inches from top of waistband to hem.
