Ladies Blouse by Say Anything Size XL Sheer Top Roses Design NEW

Beautiful red/pink/ black/green colors depicting roses on this sheer blouse. These are open sleeves from the cinched waist up. Has lots of stretch in waist. Ptp can’t measure as arms are open but length is 21” Where the blouse is gathered at bottom measures 14” across but stretches to double that. I feel this is true to extra large size. New with tag!
