Ladies Dress Studio I, size 14, new with tags

Listing a lovely royal blue dress. It is a dress with a jacket look. The jacket look measures down the dress 33”, and has a one button closure. A sequin and shiny bead design is on it. It also has splits on each side of this piece. Short sleeves, no waist, and zips down the back. The dress is hard for me to describe!!
