Ladies Dress with black and cream jacket

This dress is amazing! It is 95% Rayon & 5% spandex. As show in the picture, the fabric is an imported fabric. You can dress it up or down. I wish it still fit, because I hate to part with it. I’m 4’11”, and it fits at my ankles.
