This fun vest has been altered in the sense that it has an artistic collage of patchwork on the front left side of the vest. It was made from a men's grey tweed suit vest. Patchwork fabric is primarily black, white, grey, and blue. Size would be Medium but I feel it's more like a Large. measurement laid flat: 23" pit to pit
