Ladies' Hotkiss Sz.M glitter skirt pre-owned; stretch waist; glitter panels

This is a ladies' glitter skirt size Medium made by the brand Hotkiss. It is gently pre-owned and comes from a smoke-free home. The skirt is black with layers of thin polyester with a floral print. The floral print is outlined with glitter. The panels are on the diagonal, so the skirt moves and glitters when you walk or dance and looks very becoming. It is 100% polyester, hand wash, dry flat. It has an elastic wasit that measures 12 inches and strretches to 14-1/2 inches. The skirt measures almost 20 inches from waistline to the hem at its longest point. Would be suitable with a dressy blouse for homecoming, Ships in a padded envelope.
