Ladies strapless black lace overlay cocktail dress. Dress has blue embossed flowers with black shiny round beads on a flat black sequin. Breast area is padded and has multiple styles of faceted rhinestones and round beads outlined with a black crystal bead detail. Hem is scalloped lace and fishnet detail. Left side zipper and back of dress has rubber seam to prevent slippage. Pit to Pit is 18” Waist to hemline is 15” Must use double sided tape for the best look!
