Ladies Lace Overlayed Top Size XL

Shannon Ford New York sleeveless top has nice lace overlay, petite chest pocket and three button V neck. cute 2" side seams splits. Color: Sand. Fabric: Polyester, Rayon, Nylon has a nice drape. I was disappointed it runs more like a Large than the size it is labeled . Armpit to armpit (without stretch)measures 20", waist at most narrow point is 19" side to side.
