rosieshea @tanna_chournos This is the first time I saw any of your questions. I am sorry that I haven’t responded. The coat repels water but isn’t waterproof. The zipper works great. It is a very warm coat made for the cold not the rain. Thanks, Rosie

tanna_chournos @rosieshea thank! Do you do you know if it would have the same problem as it does in the rain when I’m using it in the snow and when it gets wet will it get wet to the skin? I want to use it when shoveling snow.

rosieshea @tanna_chournos Most down jackets will become soggy if they get drenched. The patch is a sticky nylon adhesive.
