Ladies Ruby and diamond ring

Excellent pre-loved condition, approximate c.1940s to 1960s. Stunning natural ruby with great clarity. It's an 18K yellow gold ring, oval cut ruby set in a 4 prong basket setting, accented on both sides by a Round Brilliant Cut Diamond set in 4 prong white gold baskets. The cathedral style shank measures 2.24mm at the shoulders and tapers down to 1.5mm at the base. Finger size 4 3/4
