Please note that this was once a part of a 2-piece set, but the dress was lost long ago. Jacket is short in length. 3/4 sleeves (length is 18"). It has one button closure at the neck (3rd pic). No other buttons or zippers. Open style jacket. You could wear this as a cape, if you wanted. The entire shrug has little brown and grey eyelets. Shoulder pads. Very lightweight.
