I don't know the name. All of the tags have been cut out. I had to estimate everything. This is a 2-fer blouse. The tank top has been built in. It cannot be separated. The tank top is solid black. The blouse has a black & white zebra print all over it. There are also sparkle sets all over the blouse. They do not rub off. Sleeves are 3/4 (length is 20"). The blouse is a crinkle material. I would say that the entire outfit is polyester. You can handwash or put this blouse in laundry mesh bag on the gentle cycle. Hang to dry. The hem has a trapeze or shark bite shape to it.
