This coat can also serve as a cape, if you want. The only closure is a hook and eye on the top of the jacket. Jacket is lined. No pockets. There is no glitter on the coat. Nothing rubs off. However, it is sparkly on the outside. Color is emerald green. Material is polyester and spandex. Great for any party/fun occasion! Note: Please ignore the "spots" in the pics.
