Ladies Split Skirt

This is a one of a kind split skirt made of the softest cotton/rayon fabric. It drapes easily over the hip. Label is from the Cinque Terre in Italy - Italian Design Monterosso. The size is a medium. Has a very special waist band with braid detail and beaded accents. Back of the waist is elasticized for easy access and a good fit.
