This is a ladies' size Medium black mini-skirt by Funkadelic. It is gently pre-owned and comes from a smoke-free home.There is a thin black sateen ribbon at the center front that you can tie into a bow. The skirt is actually made of a polyester under-skirt and a thin polyester over-skirt with the hem cut into a triangle effect. The elasticized waistband measures 13" and stretches to 16-1/2 inches. The skirt measures about 18 inches from waistband to irregular hem. Machine wash, hang to dry. 100% polyester. Ships in a padded envelope.
