CB New York Made in USA. 20 WP Rayon 2 piece set. Blouse button-up and top button is fancy, and others are hidden in a fold.Floral blues, purple, greens, and white. Top is gathered elastic waist. The skirt is a drop waist with an elastic top. Elastic has stretch, but no as strong as originally. Luxury estate piece.
