Ladies blue cardigan/swim cover

This beautiful soft aqua colored top looks like it would make an awesome swim cover. Nice embroidered design on a somewhat slinky fabric. Ties at the bust and is a bit long to cover the rear. There is a tiny yellow spot just under the bust noted in the fourth photo. Although this does not say it is swimwear, I think it would look awesome. But it could honestly make a really nice cardigan as well. It is stretchy and would fit a 3x.
