Ladies cap sleeve dress

EUC Ladies retro vintage cocktail swing dress with cap sleeves. Gorgeous deep jewel tone teal. No lining. V neck and ruching across bust creating a very flattering neck line. I’m 5’6” and it hits just below the knees. 15” across band/smallest part of the waist. 37 1/2” length. Shoulder to bottom hem.
