Ladies dress/ shawl

Red with design on it, and buttons running all the way down (all buttons in good condition) colar and sleeveless. Short in the front up to the knees and long in the back. Slightly see through so cute to pair with jeans, shorts, long sleeve or muscle shirt. Around the waist it does have loops to insert a belt or not❤️
