Ladies sz. M Piper & Blue short sleeve maroon blouse; smocking; charmeuse; used

This is a Piper and Blue ladies size Medium cap sleeve blouse. It is a maroon/red color, is pre-owned, and comes from a smoke-free home. It has a band of smocking that measures a little over 6 inches at the waistline, and a band of fabric about 9 inches wide at the bottom of the blouse below the smocking (see pictures) It also has a jabot ruffled collar that runs down the front of the blouse. Buttons go up the front of the blouse inside the ruffles. It has a Peter Pan collar. Machine wash warm, tumble dry low. The blouse is very flattering to the figure and measures about 11.5 inches from pit to pit. Ships in a padded envelope.
