yes, I usually do wash before I wear, mainly because I'm funny about the smell of new clothes and dyes in them. if you are concerned with true size I can measure for you

@kelleyhambrick I was asking because of the viscose. I have bought a few items from target that were made with viscose and even after I followed the washing instructions, they still shrunk a lot. Measurements would be great. Thank you.
