Perfect for the holidays!! Beautiful black velvet dress with sequins on the upper portion, which can be worn off the shoulders. Like new. Zipper in back and a 4.5 inch slit at the rear bom. Must be European made, at 14.5" across. Measurements are not indicative of a size 13.
