Lady Carol of NY Vintage high neck dress

Vintage high neck, ruffle collared dress and ruffled sleeves. Made in the USA. I would describe this color to be more of a light periwinkle. It’s a pinkish/purplish color. Waist is expandable. So pretty! 100% polyester. Includes shoulder pads. Tag says it’s a size 10 but this is vintage so I have marked accordingly. Please see measurements before purchase. Approximate measurements are as follows: Sleeves: 25” Length” 41” Waist (laid flat): 13.5”
