Lady Carol of New York Vintage polyester dress

Lady Carol of NYC vintage polyester dress. Guessing late 70s, early 80s. Some small imperfections as seen on the pictures. Small white plastic buttons open to the waist. Elastic waistband. 100% polyester. There’s no tag for size but I wear a medium so I’m going with that.
