Lady Clare 1950s-60s Placemat Set Vintage MCM

This list is for these gorgeous mid century placemats from Lady Clare, made in England. Colorful red, blue, yellow , and green floral designs are combine with a buttery yellow background to make these placemats stand out from the crowd. There is one small area on one mat that may be a melted spot, but it is not noticeable since these placements are so busy. I’ve included a picture of the spot. The backs of each mat is covered with a velvet feeling material. These are heavy duty, and will be here another 70 years! There are 4 placements and one trivet in this set. The trivet is lighter than the placemats, maybe from use or sun. The placemats measure 13.5” x 10” and the trivet measures o” x 8”. Thanks for taking a look.
