Lady Noie dress. This is such a stunning dress and would be so cute with boots. I love the colors. Lace and tulle. It does not have a fabric tag or the size. My guess is its a medium. Armpit to armpit is 18 inches. It’s 36 inches long. It does have stretch. Bohemian. Great quality. T23
