Lady Noir Dress

Lady Noir floral/peace sign midi dress in green, fuschia, orange, yellow, & white. Embellished with green, red, & silver rhinestones on the front. Scoop neckline & short sleeves. Fabric is 93% polyester & 7% spandex. There is a slight manufacturing defect on the front seam where the skirt joins the top (see last pic.)
