This dress features a tropical print with earth tones and cranberry on dark blue. It has v-neckline with collar, decorative “sergeant” straps on the shoulders, pockets at the chest and hip, matching belt (28-inches), and pleats at the bottom to accommodate a flare and extra comfort. Cotton. Machine wash/dry. Size 4/5. The dress is 24-inches at the waist; it has elastic and will stretch to 28 inches. It measures 44-inches from mid-shoulder to the bottom hem.
