Lady's Vintage Felt & Feathered Coral Hat with Black Veil. At the top of the Crown is a slight peak, and a covered stem type rod that holds the Coral & Black Feathers. The Center Peak makes the hat have a slight look like a Peter Pan Hat. Circumference is 22 Inches. Black Veil has at least 3 flaws but, hard to see, unless you pull veil down.
