Lafayette 148 New York tunic

This is a navy blue, stripe on stripe statement tunic. Gathered at sleeves (which could be cut and hemmed) and gathered at the back. I can't find fabric tags on it (which probably means they scratched me). It is in perfect condition although I've worn it. Goes nice with white pants, winter white pants or navy pants.
