Lafayette 148 Ruffled Neck tie front shirt dress

Beautiful ruffled black dress with a tie at the waist that can be worn as I styled it or it tied to the side. Slit pockets on either hip. Button down. A Line. This is mostly cotton but it has nice stretch. Armpit to armpit is 19.5 inches across laying flat. Waist measures 16.5 inches across laying flat. Shoulder to hem is 42.5 inches long. Please see last two photos. There is some shiny streaks on the left sleeve. I believe it is from using an iron too warm. They are not very noticeable but they are present. The material does not feel melted at all. The last two photos make the dress look faded. It is not.
