Is this still available? Also I see the caption says a large In youth but tag says women..does it run small?

@dnashelle im 5’8” and wear tops between a M and L. My bust is 36inches. This is snug on me which is why I assumed it was a youth size but after checking again you’re right it says womens. So yes I guess it just runs small.
