rare, new with tags festival belt. adjustable belt at both the back and front. super comfortable and pockets are good size. has two zipper pockets discreetly on reverse. Will fit many hip sizes i think even up to 40 inches. possibly as small as 30"? according to my estimates measuring the closest holes and furthest. but please do your own research. genuine leather made in India. the pockets are 6w" x 4h" x 1"d.
