This is a pair of AUTOMOBILI LAMBORGHINI show slacks, generally worn by the models at the launch shows. LAMBORGHINI is embroidered on the flap of the cargo pocket. They are designed to be worn quite low on the waist and they tie at the ankle, so I will give the measurements of this pair. They do not have any stretch or give in the fabric at all.
