Hi what are the waist and inseam measurements. Is the waist elastic? I can’t tell from the picture, if it is is it stretched out? Thank you!!

@sdmelissa23 hi! I just measured it, the inseam is 31" and the waist has an elastic band but the wool itself is stretchy. It's 31" when relaxed. the waist isn't loose but it's not tight just straight 😂
