I am 5’4 and wore 3 inch heels. 2 button bustle was added as well. You can remove it if desired. Size 14, but I am a size 12 with a 34-35 waist and it fit perfect. My jay is 38 and even with padding it was too large. So this is good if you have a larger chest.
