Lancel Paris Black ‘project’ shoulder bag

If any of you talented ladies/gents want to take a stab at refinishing this beautiful Lancel shoulder bag (which I purchased in Paris CDG airport many years ago) that has been basically (to my limited knowledge/ability/desire to fix!) destroyed by storing it in its own bag- Which I guess overtime because it was stored more than used, caused it to stick to the Beautiful black glossy finish 😭 go for it! Measurements are approximate. Comes as pictured with Lancel dust bag. No foul odor.
