nby6 @psoup451 hi! Sorry for the delay. Laying flat it is 9” from top of waist to bottom where the legs come together. The waist isn’t folded over so not sure what you meant by that. Unrolled the pants are 28” and leg opening about 7”. Again this are my best measurements laying flat. Thank you! Have a great day.
