healthcoachmom @lulu37688 hi there, I actually did not know that was a feature and don’t see any spot to do that on this coat. But no, I did not snip them and I bought it new.

healthcoachmom @lulu37688 the inside cuff does extend a little beyond the outer layer, so it is possible there were strings that came loose at some point.
