featheraz @bowntownmama good morning! this jacket has been washed in Hypoallergenic Ecos laundry detergent- Lavender. And since it's been washed a few times the sherpa is slightly matted! thank you!

bowntownmama @featheraz thank you! Would you say the Sherpa is scratchy at all, or still relatively soft? My 4yo rejected a “scratchy” coat. :-)

featheraz @bowntownmama since it's slightly matted, it not as soft as the initial purchase. It's soft to me and my kiddo but depends on each kid to be honest.
