@saralangridge I know that there are some that fold up into the pocket and/or a pouch. Does this run true to size?

@kellyrose702 yes this one had an inside pocket. Added that picture for you. Yes I would say TTS. For me, I’m 5’7 and 120 and can definitely layer under it. It is a Medium and also says 10/12 on tag.
